We are looking for a global Business Applications Lifecycle Management Lead who will be responsible for driving alignment across all functional and technical teams, internal and external partners to ensure global business applications are consistent, compliant, and compatible with each other. You will collaborate with D&T leads to resolve solution compatibility issues. As part of our digital transformation journey and business growth strategy, you will play a key role contributing to major initiatives across the organization.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Develop, set-up and manage Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) concept and capability, develop and oversee release management for global business solutions (incl. SAP ECC, S/4 HANA: Operational Control Center, Project Management, Change and Release Process, Documentation Methodology and Testing).
Own the ALM platforms end to end (Design, Build, Test, Run) including SAP Solution Manager/ SAP Cloud ALM processes and methodology (eg Focus Build and ChaRM processes, testing solution). Ensure integration (processes and systems) to other solutions and platforms such as ServiceNow.
Define ALM functionalities and tools for managing the global solutions lifecycle (incl. S/4 HANA) from process definition / business requirements gathering stage through delivery and test, ensuring controls and security for the solutions and systems.
Establish ALM processes and ensure that the development and operations teams adhere to the processes rigorously.
Ensure successful delivery of ALM projects.
Partner with Audit, IT Controls and Information Security teams to ensure adoption of controls, reduce risks and improve security.
Establish integrated change control and scope change leveraging ALM solutions.
Work closely with CSV teams and ensure adherence to CSV processes.
Manage both internal and external resources and delivery.
Requirements needed
Education
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field and/or related working experience.
Experience & personal attributes
10+ years of experience with technologies, enterprise applications and project management in a global environment, including implementation projects (SAP, CRM, CMS, HRIS and other enterprise applications).
10+ years of experience deploying and delivering application lifecycle management solutions, preferably using SAP Solution Manager or similar solutions.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team as well as effectively build strong and collaborative relationships to ensure seamless program and project delivery.
Hands-on experience in implementation of project and program methodologies.
Significant experience in ServiceNow and ITIL processes.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization.
Capacity to face and adapt to challenges to overcome them (resilience).
Fluent English spoken and written, other languages are an asset (DE).
