This role is responsible for communication with the network, contributing to the implementation of trading best practices and agreed processes, and providing admin platform support and guidelines application. The job scope includes all digital trading activities with a major focus on programmatic, paid social, and paid search executions.To reach these objectives, the Executive will foster great levels of relationships with the network and local biddable teams, demonstrating excellent support and coordination skills.The Global Biddable Executive is not an expert in biddable practices but will need to become knowledgeable in digital practices across all operational aspects (bidding system, supply path management, buying platforms like DSP or SMP, account setup, etc.). This role reports to the Global CoE Trading Excellence Director based in Spain.Job Description:Mission & Responsibilities:CoE Trading Platforms AdminResponsible for the administration of biddable platforms under CoE's scope to support local teams and CoE traders with setup, structure, access, and maintenance.Contribute to the implementation of global guidelines in biddable trading, supporting their application across markets and CoE.Be the first point of contact and filter requests, knowing who can best assist.Connect with the Global Biddable Team and media partners for platform training.Network Communication ManagementConnect with clients and local markets to identify areas for improvement and ensure client satisfaction.Follow up with CoE traders and managers on campaign troubleshooting.Stay informed of innovations and new product developments with our partners to support the CoE team with regular updates on opportunities (custom algorithms, conversion API, supply path management, etc.).Global CoE Activity MonitoringCreate dashboards to monitor all biddable activities activated by CoE.Monitor and provide regular Grasp reports to ensure campaign quality assurance.Previous Experience & Industry Background:0-2 years in media planning and media trading.Experience in Media Agency or Trading Desk.Qualifications & Languages:Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Advertising.Languages: English (Advanced).Soft Skills & Competencies:Organized with strong project management skills.Strong competency in Excel, including vLookup & Pivot Tables, and comfortable manipulating numbers.
