In the Engineering Area, development of guidelines and ensure that sites have the required technical skills to develop the Automation discipline. Additionally, will support on Projects development. Focus on taking Corporate Standards and Best Practices to be applied at site. Provides and develops guide and standardization. Supports plants in troubleshooting. In the Projects area takes overall responsibility on assigned projects from Design, Execution and qualification (including CSV).The Main Activities And ResponsibilitiesFormulates and executes a comprehensive automation strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectivesLead the planning, design, and implementation of automation projects worldwideDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance existing automation systems and processesMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for optimization and efficiency gains, and implement corrective actions as neededEnsure that all automation systems and processes comply with relevant regulations and industry standards, such as FDA regulations, GxP guidelines, and Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GAMP)Identify potential risks associated with automation initiatives and develop mitigation strategies to address themDevelop and manage budgets for automation projects, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and cost-effectivelyRequirementsThe Ideal CandidateBachelor's degree in the engineering field (Electricity, Electronics, Automation or Chemical) and/ orMaster's degree in engineering management, technical management, or business administration+ 10 years in technical departments: Automation Engineer (+5 years), Project Management (+2 years), Process Engineering (+2 years)
