We are currently looking for a Global AR Reporting / Digital Electronic Payment Specialist to join us at our facility in Asturias, Spain. This role will be a key member of the finance team, starting with Accounts Receivable Reporting on a Global scale and eventually evolving into a Project Manager type role rolling out global E-Pay solutions.
This is a hybrid working role and will require you to be in the office for 3 days per week. Responsibilities: Monthly Accounts Receivable Reporting. Issue monthly AR, Past due and DSO Reporting/Forecasting within FP&A closing calendar. Analyse and comment monthly results towards Management /Business and Credit Team. Issue collection reports and cash forecast. Issue monthly report on terms of payment. Partner with stakeholders across the organization (Sales, customer service, credit, accounts receivable, and IT organizations supporting Finance, Security, Order to cash, and E-commerce) to ensure alignment and PCI compliance. Partner with outside vendors (FIS and Chase Paymentech) to optimize existing SAP and Cloud software/services for seamless transaction processing. Maintain SOD requirements with providers. Manage new e-payment implementations and functionalities, and optimization of existing e-payment offerings. Implement alternative E-Payment options - Sofort, Alipay, PayPal, and debiting bank accounts (where permitted and needed). Optimize use of tools and processes for fee reduction (i.e. Level 3 data vs current Level 1). Establish reporting for e-payment. Key requirements: Years of experience: 2 - 5 years in Credit / Business Finance / Treasury. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use them in a business context. Experience in developing financial models. Experience in coordinating with multiple departments to achieve business objectives. Excellent Excel skills, prior SAP Experience, S/4 Hana, Paymetric (XiPay,XiSecure), SFDC. PCI compliance. Knowledge of B2B electronic payment methods and – Credit card (Visa/Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Sofort, AliPay, EFT, etc). Experience in Project Management and Accounting.
