Agency: Havas Media Group SpainJob Description Summary: The Global AdOps Consultant is responsible for ad operations and client service support to all assigned clients within the Global Ad Operations team. Core to the role is managing Global Clients' advertising campaigns - providing excellent customer service, optimizing campaigns to maximize results, and providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting on campaign implementation. This role reports into the Global Ad Operations Manager overseeing different clients at the same time.Job Description:Mission & Responsibilities:Nurture trafficking and tracking expertise: define standard trafficking process and implement automation where possible. Depth experience in client-side tracking with post activity scripts.Support on building different tools to run processes.Ensure data quality: collaborate with the local client and media teams to ensure campaigns are structured in a way to produce optimal data outputs.Work on keeping Global AdOps process documentation updated, and create new processes when needed to share with internal and external teams.QA trafficking requests and naming conventions to comply with global audit requirements as well as ensuring client data consistency.Identify tracking needs for Global Clients and implement appropriate data solutions including 3rd party vendors and ideally tag management.Collaborate on client-side tagging strategies, troubleshooting issues, and serve as point of contact for 3rd party vendors/creative specs.Establish and manage ongoing training and best practices for trafficking processes.Overall understanding of the interaction between the ad server and other technology platforms such as DSPs and Analytics.Stay aware of the latest technologies to improve agency offering.Qualifications & Languages:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, and/or Information Systems Management.Languages: English (Fluent).Previous experience & Industry background:2+ years of experience in digital, analytics, or advertising technologies.Media, Data, Adtech, Brand.Soft skills & Competencies:Experience in digital advertising.Understanding of current agency process from planning to buying to trafficking to reporting.Strong data-driven culture / analytical abilities.Innovation and technology oriented.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Understanding of all digital media channels and their Ad Ops requirements.Technical expertise in most of the major ad serving and rich media technologies.Experience producing campaign reports.Attention to detail.Ability to collaborate between multiple groups.Ability to communicate and manage internal team processes.Skills: Adserving, Advertising Technologies, Digital AnalyticsContract Type: PermanentHere at Havas across the group we pride ourselves on being committed to offering equal opportunities to all potential employees and have zero tolerance for discrimination.
