The Role
Sinclair is currently looking for a Global Accounting Manager at its offices located in Esplugues del Llobregat (Barcelona)
Reporting to the CFO the Global Accounting Manager 's mission will be to manage, control and organize the accounting duties of all the Group companies in strict compliance with the legislation and the internal company policy. Ensuring the smooth running of all administration duties leading an accounting team from located in different countries. And to prepare and present financial reports being the main support to the CFO and other Managers during the yearly Audit.

Description Your Skills & Experience – Do You Have What it Takes?
- High school or University degree in Economics - Accounting/ Finance profile. Excellent theoretical and practical knowledge of tax and financial-accounting legislation.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in ? similar role; in the Production industry is deemed favorable.
- ERP (preferably SAP) system is a must.
- A good working level of English (written and spoken)- is a must; Spanish native is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities - Performs overview and coordinates all activities in the company related to accounting transactions.
- Processing of primary and secondary accounting documents; Book-keeping of daily operations.
- Coordinates and controls the activities of the accounting team locales in several countries and the external advisors as well.
- Co-ordinates his/her activities with the CFO of the Group based in Spain;
- Prepares all financial and accounting statements about the monthly and annual financial reports by IFRS and the different local GAAPs to share the needed documentation in the yearly - Audit and reporting to the CFO and other Supervisors.
- Ensures compliance of the accounting activities with the internal company policies and procedures and with the requirements by the local state authorities and legislations.
- Maintains an effective accounting filing system to provide easy access to information and proper documentation of all financial requirements in compliance with all local Legislations.
- Payments and cash management and maintains records of all bank account activity and monitors accounts, in collaboration with HQ Treasury area.
- Participates in company management activities and meetings, constantly collaborating with Controlling, Treasury, and Taxes areas.
- Support and develop the Accounting ERP area being the Key User.
- Develops internal procedures related to the accounting organization following the internal financial control.
