Within Market Supply Chain Operations organization, Customer Operations teams are the accountable Supply Chain leaders for the Commercial Organization's Market MDs and are responsible for two important dimensions:
Bring our customer requirements into Supply Chain Operations ensuring that we develop capabilities that enable support of evolving market needs. Collaborate end-to-end in Supply Chain and with Sales Operations with constant focus on improving operational execution every day. Within Customer Operations, the Global Operations & Deal Solutioning team focus on Global Accounts for all Markets, with the mission to provide a seamless and consistent customer experience with a competitive cost structure, that delivers superior business results.
You will be accountable to understand Global accounts business needs & support process improvements and new capabilities implementation, in alignment with Continuous Improvement & Optimization programs.
Your responsibilities will include: Support the funnel of process improvements and projects for Global Accounts. List and prioritize process improvements and automations within Control Tower activities. Lead regular cross functional calls to share operational results, identify deviations and create action plans. Transform opportunities identified by the team in actionable projects and lead to implementation within Global Account organization. Act as a liaison between Customer Operations and Process continuous improvement teams. Qualifications First level university degree. 4-6 years of related experience (e.g., supply chain, customer service, procurement, financial management). Knowledge and Skills Excellent understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make, deliver). Very Strong project management skills, with capability to manage cross functional teams in multiple geographies. Excellent communication and influencing skills. Extensive problem-solving and analytical skills for making key business decisions. Excellent internal and external relationship management skills. Ability to think end-to-end and dig on details when needed. Ability to lead improvement initiatives and generate innovative solutions, even if not in a predefined official project structure.
