What You Will Experience in This Position:

As Global Account Manager, you will maintain & strengthen the sales liaison between nVent HOFFMAN and assigned key accounts. The role involves global travel , as such flexibility is an important aspect to consider.

Maintain positive relationships with customers and ensure their business needs are met
Coordinate end-customer calls and visits to drive product and system sales
Negotiate contracts and support established price strategies
Understand customer requirements and develop appropriate solutions
Collaborate with regional and global teams to set engagement and growth strategies
Identify prospects and implement account penetration strategies
Provide regular updates on new business opportunities and sales pipeline
Stay informed about industry relationships, partnerships, and competitor activities
Attend industry events to develop a network with key players
Act as a liaison between the field and support functions
Use project mining tools to identify and assess potential new customers
You Have

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a technical field such as Engineering
Ideally 7+ years of experience, with exposure to electrical/automation environment as a plus
Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office package
Excellent listening skills and professional interpersonal skills:
You are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and possess a high energy!
Valid driver's license.
