Coordinate tasks within the General Accounting department (R2R processes) involving month-end activities, fixed assets, balance sheet reconciliation, and banking tasks.
- Participation in migration project to centralize accounting processes at our GBS center in Barcelona.
- Organize and distribute activities within the group's department.
- Suggest and propose process improvements to boost productivity.
- Ensure that team members are properly trained.
- Liaise between operative needs and Management requirements.
- Review KPIs on a Daily & Weekly Basis.
Qualifications: - Fluent level of English is a must.
- Attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Advanced Office and valuable knowledge in SAP.
- A completed degree in business administration or comparable training.
- Time flexibility of entry and exit.
- Intensive day on Fridays.
- Gym, physiotherapist, and nutritionist.

Manage the accounting cycle and the accounting administrative processes of the company stores to comply with legal regulations and the company's internal procedures.
