(Gl418) Customer Service Team Lead - French Speaker

¿Dónde trabajarás?
: The company is responsible for the production and distribution of gases in the medical and industrial fields.
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Team Lead for our Self Service Center in Porto.
¿Qué harás?
: You will manage a backoffice team for the French market.
Ensure that processes are in place, are followed, and up to date.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the team handles customer complaints and addresses them to the right department.
You will have monthly escalation meetings.
¿A quién buscamos?
: You have a University Degree or a minimum of Secondary High School completed.
You speak French (Native/Proficiency) and English (B1).
SAP and Office knowledge rounds out your profile.
Experience managing teams (minimum 1 year) and also experience in Customer Service.
