Utilizing your exceptional customer service skills to provide premium brand experiences to our customers.Coordinating, advising, and motivating employees in your area to ensure an excellent work environment.Supporting daily operations in your area to achieve sales objectives (e.g., through digital services, visual presentations, in the sales floor or promotional campaigns).Identifying and resolving issues in collaboration with your store leader.Representing the brand in NIKE initiatives.Ensuring that the store complies with all NIKE standards and guidelines.Specifically, our store structure consists of the following 3 lead functions:
CommercialSupporting a team that efficiently receives products, conducts accurate inventories, and meets presentation standards.Ensuring that all inventory processes work well so that the sales floor is always stocked, well-presented, and meets brand standards.Working with department coaches who will oversee individual components (product receiving and visual presentation) while you handle these tasks.Preparing monthly launch initiatives on time and providing periodic feedback.Using our reporting tools with your department coach to make the best business decisions.Setting an example of how to conduct an accurate inventory to fulfill digital orders.Experience of AthletesEnsuring the team has the tools to provide maximum athlete experiences.Collaborating with coaches to schedule NIKE Community Ambassador activities to strengthen the team.Working on the hiring and onboarding process in collaboration with store leaders.Collaborating with your store coach to implement store schedules, availability, and shipments.Collaborating with the store team to implement and maintain a positive NIKE culture.Customer ExperienceSetting an example of how to provide our service on the sales floor and enhance customer experiences.Providing resources for the team to have brand knowledge on all aspects of customer service.Join us and be part of our mission to be the best retail team in the world!
