We are looking for a CDO SCIB / Senior Data Steward based in our Madrid office, with at least years of experience in Data Management and expertise in data of Pre-Post Trade (Accounting, Back Office, Structural Data, Payments, Confirmations) and Cross (Clients, Digital, CRM) Domains.

Your role CDO SCIB is responsible for supporting and providing guidance to the initiatives to follow the data strategy principles, being the point of reference for data.
Your main tasks will be: Lead data workstreams at PPT and Cross domain initiatives, in the use of data sources, storage, maintenance, access, and data flows.
Responsible to sign-off the data design and go to production to a domain project from a data point of view, ensuring the alignment with data strategy and provide necessary guidelines.
Support and provide guidance to the domain to have adequate data quality control models following the data quality management principles; and lead the identification, analysis and management of data quality issues, coordinating their resolution with the corresponding teams.
Monitor the initiatives adherence to data governance and quality principles, and use of data governance tools, especially the completeness and quality of the metadata and governance workflows (DaGov), and the use of data quality tooling (DaQua).

If you think you've got what it takes, these are the key skills we'll be looking for in your CV:
University degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Law, or Economics.
Knowledge of main data, systems, and architecture in PPT and Cross domains.
Knowledge of working with metrics, KPIs and analytics teams.
SQL / databricks: High Level
Microsoft Office: High Level
English: High Level (C)

Understanding of business products and processes, especially those regarding back office and client.
Knowledge, both functional and technical, of the main business and technical stakeholders and roles in the PPT and Cross domains.
Experience working in IT and big data projects.
Master the use of Group data governance tools.
Deep knowledge of data lake platform and architecture.
