About this role: We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Offer Sourcing team in Madrid, Spain.
The role involves leading the development and enhancement of our AI-driven platforms that automate the sourcing and publishing of voucher content.
This position will play a crucial role in streamlining our processes, improving the relevance and personalization of our offers, and ensuring that our solutions remain at the cutting edge of technology and market demands.
Responsibilities: Lead the vision and strategy for the AI-driven voucher sourcing platform, aligning product initiatives with business objectives.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to design and implement new features that enhance automation capabilities and user experience.
Identify market opportunities through rigorous analysis of industry trends and user feedback to continuously improve our product offerings.
Organize and prioritize product backlog items, ensuring timely delivery of developments that maximize value.
Develop data-driven approaches to measure the effectiveness of new features and iterate based on performance metrics.
Monitor technological advancements and regulatory changes that could impact the product roadmap or operational compliance.
Shape the company's thought leadership in voucher automation by participating in workshops and other relevant forums.
Bonus points if you: Have experience with machine learning models and their application in automation technology.
Possess prior experience in the e-commerce or digital marketing industry, particularly with voucher or discount services.
Your Profile: Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in technology-driven product development, particularly in AI and automation.
Strong analytical skills with a track record of implementing successful features based on user and market data.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and influencing senior management.
Technical background with understanding of software development and web technologies.
Experience in agile methodologies and continuous integration/delivery practices.
