Responsibilities: Conduct legal analysis and advise on public law and real estate law for development with the support of local lawyers in each jurisdiction/field.
Support and negotiate M&A deals to acquire development assets.
Support and negotiate JV deals with other players (e.g.
Electrical Infrastructure).
Design the corporate law processes and protocols.
Manage external lawyers to comply with corporate duties.
Ad-hoc support on labour law issues with the support of external law firms.
What you need to make a difference: University Degree in Law.
About 3 years of experience.
English level C1.
