What you become part of: Within the Digital Transformation and Productivity department of CCEP Customer Service & Supply Chain (CS&SC), we have the Digital and Operational Technology department responsible for Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity. We are looking for a passionate, proactive hands-on senior manager whose role will be to ensure that our OT cybersecurity policies, standards, processes, and tools are consistently deployed across our territories with the required discipline and attention to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance. In direct contact with our local operations teams, you will train, coach, run the necessary management routines, and report to monitor our progress, identify gaps, and set the corrective action plan. You will be accountable for maintaining a consistent and standardized way of doing things across the board, taking advantage of best practices sharing and enabling cross-country deployment waves of new policies, standards, processes, and tools.What to expect: In this role, you will be covering the following areas:Contribute to the development of OT security policy, standards, and procedures for systems implementation in collaboration with our BPT security team - security design principles and configuration, virtual deployments, network deployment requirements, and manufacturing systems hardening, backup, and patch management.Develop the OT cybersecurity strategy in alignment with the Global security policies and ensure compliance with regulations (NIS2, KRITIS) and support the Risk and Compliance department to ensure the achievement of our security frameworks beyond the regulations.Act as a central link and reference point with the Security Operations Center, EA&N, OT security team, and BPT.Develop, manage, and support the Vulnerability Process for OT.Maintain a Risk Matrix for OT Implementation including opportunities and challenges. Maintain the PowerBI dashboard for OT Risks and support the Central Enterprise Risk Management department.Be the reference point of contact with the cloud security team and guarantee security assessments of Third Parties.Provide cybersecurity guidance and support to all stakeholders internally and externally to develop, address, and resolve all technical issues and non-compliances to standards. Establish proper routines with our OEMs to guarantee that they apply our policies and standards and build a cybersecurity relationship.Support the CS&SC in OT/Automation implementation by coordinating the cybersecurity testing programs for the entire CCEP business.Develop an Awareness & Training strategy for OT cybersecurity.Communication and Relationships: Strong and effective relationships with all levels of CS&SC, from shop floor technicians to senior leaders of CS&SC, especially BU and E&T VPs and Directors.#J-18808-Ljbffr
