.We are searching for a new team member - Benefit Expert for EMEA. The benefits team is a part of the Global Total Rewards function within HR and is key in supporting the attraction, motivation, and retention of company talents. This position supports strategic development, implementation, and maintenance of the company's benefit programs including retirement plans, life and disability insurance, medical insurance, flexible benefits, and wellbeing programs.Your main role will consist of:Ensuring employees are engaged through regular communications and keeping employees informed about company benefit plans and any proposed changes.Reviewing programs to ensure they are legally compliant and competitive with regards to trends, practices, and costs.Negotiating coverage, services, and costs with carriers and vendors. Sourcing for and managing vendor relationships.This role reports to the EMEA regional benefits manager and is located in Milton Keynes, United Kingdom.What you will do:Participate in the strategic development and implementation of benefits, retirement, and wellbeing strategy.Manage relationships with vendors, brokers, consultants, and internal resources to ensure that all plans are compliant with regulations and company policies.Lead implementation and/or project manage implementation of new programs and plan design changes.Analyze program utilization, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve the effectiveness of existing programs.Support the development of all benefits, retirement, and wellbeing communications.Maintain documents to keep content current.Support benefits processes such as renewal, survey participation, and second-tier benefits query escalation.Assist in the creation of business cases for benefits implementation in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (market benchmark, research of legal requirements, cost estimations, etc.) in line with the company objectives.Provide strong customer service to relevant partners (e.G., employees, internal partners, external vendors, etc.).Skills you have:Excellent communicator.Good analytical skills to leverage data, statistics, and market trends.Relationship building: develop and maintain successful relationships with internal/external stakeholders.Strong Excel skills.Independent worker with strong execution capabilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and manage expectations. Anticipate and resolve challenges.Diagnostic problem-solving, planning consulting, and influencing skills.Basic qualifications:Ideally Bachelor's Degree in business administration, Finance, Human Resources, or equivalent experience.Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Other language skills are a plus.Leading Innovation and Change in a highly regulated area of expertise
