In addition, you will lead and ensure timely, accurate reporting in line with the requirements of the company in a fast-paced, highly innovative environment.Main Responsibilities:Build a zero-base analysis and identify potential efficiencies in the area.Build yearly company's budget.Lead the monthly closing and create variance analysis.Lead the RF process and create variance analysis.Follow up on productivities and market inflation during closings and Rolling Forecast.Monitor R&Os.About you:Education: Degree in Economic Sciences, Finance, or Engineering.Experience: 3 to 5 years working within a controlling department is a must. Experience in a multinational environment will be a plus.Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English.Personal Skills: Strong finance background, strategic thinking, effective communication, team player, problem-solving, committed, proactive, and reliable.IT Skills: Experience with SAP, MS Excel, and BI tools.
