Job Purpose: The purpose of this role is to lead the development and/or implementation of the Talent Management programmes, processes, and tools across the assigned market.
The role will focus on project and change management as well as communication of the Talent Management initiatives within the Talent Management team, HR, and the wider business.
The talent management areas in which this position provides regional support include, but are not limited to, training and development, performance management, talent review, succession planning, and employee engagement.
The incumbent of this role will also be responsible for the delivery and facilitation of training initiatives across the assigned market.
Accountabilities: Leading implementation of global and pan-European initiatives.Facilitating trainings and being the representative of the respective region in global and European project management workstreams.This Talent Partner role will also be the first point of contact for the HR teams within the assigned market.Communication of the Talent Management initiatives to the key stakeholders in the assigned market.This role will also be seen as a business partner who will work with groups and be very solution-oriented.Overseeing up to 2 direct reports. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: Strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills, proactive leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive.
A well-developed understanding of the L&D space, effective communication, and active listening skills.
The ability to convince and lead people ethically, experience in succession management, and strong data analysis skills.
Ability to create and present formal presentations and communicate with all levels of management.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to drive tasks to completion.
Experience directly managing/supervising employees is also required.
Applicable Studies: Master's/Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business field of study required.
Other Education/Certifications: Project & Change Management, Communication, Training Facilitation.
A deep understanding of LMS is a high plus.
