We are looking for a Technical Support Advisor to work for a well-known American corporation which provides hardware (smartphone and tablets) and software product services.

As the Technical Support Advisor, you will be:

Maintaining client relationships through product support over the phone Providing customers with quotes and product knowledge Handling effectively all incoming incidents Gathering information from customers and troubleshooting technical issues Conditions: Full-time (39hrs/week) and long-term Contract Salary: 1) Fixed: 18,540 Euros gross year (base - language compensation) 2) Performance Bonus: 2,500 Euros gross/year Shifts (rotative): Monday to Sunday from 09:00 to 20:00 Location: Barcelona Center Benefits:
