The HR Leader Madrid Plant is responsible for deploying and executing HR strategy in partnership with business leaders to drive the achievement of business objectives in the following areas: organizational design, succession planning, career management, performance management, and workforce planning.
This position will partner with HR and business leaders to execute talent strategies that anticipate and address future business condition changes, including growing and advancing diverse talent pools.
Additionally, the position will deploy workforce planning and development proposals based on workforce data and external perspectives.
The HR Leader Madrid Plant will identify critical business capability needs of the Madrid plant and partner with businesses to develop and execute appropriate strategies to strengthen organizational priorities.
Additionally, the HR Leader Madrid Plant will support key regional HR leaders to define the EMEA deployment of global strategy and change management initiatives for supply chain plants.
This position will translate business vision into execution plans (i.E., alignment of team resources, workstreams, and activities) which are tied to objectives, measures, and timelines, leading to the successful completion of projects
