.What You'll Do: The Strategic Projects Office (SPO) is responsible for developing, leading, and project managing major strategic programs at Criteo.
These projects are highly cross-functional and aligned to business strategy change, driving the organization and our operating model transformation.
The team is also the guardian of the Company Race Plan – our corporate priorities and associated initiatives and KPIs.
Currently, the focus is on Criteo's Transformation – a comprehensive operating model evolution.The Strategic Program Senior Manager role is an amazing opportunity to contribute to Criteo's development and transformation by managing transversal, strategic, and impactful projects.
You'll be reporting to the head of SPO.What will you be doing?
The Strategic Program Senior Manager will have the responsibility to drive strategic and transversal initiatives in close collaboration with senior business or functional Criteo stakeholders and in alignment with other functions and our global company roadmap.
It includes: Drive discussions with our Leaders and their respective teams to define and steer key projects within the Race Plan or Transformation programs.
Direct and implement complex program scoping and problem-solving through different qualitative (interviews, workshops, root cause analysis) or quantitative analysis (data modeling and data crunching).
Formalize strategic program recommendations and implementation plans with clear milestones, objectives, and timelines that are practical, relevant, and cohesive.
Lead and communicate efficiently according to context and stakeholders, and be at ease with senior to C-level audience.
Ensure day-to-day management of the program and track progress against the plan, ensuring alignment and understanding of overall objectives among the project team.
Work closely and create trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding and anticipating their priorities in light of the program objectives and building tailored recommendations, consistently obtaining buy-in on recommendations.
Effectively handle priorities, balancing stakeholders' needs across multiple programs, identifying risks, and proactively managing issues that could arise.
Ensure proper monitoring and reporting to program Sponsor, track progress, and secure appropriate staffing.
When relevant, develop, drive, and mentor junior resources on the project, providing them with guidance and insights.
Direct & support improvement of methodologies, processes, and tools across the SPO team.
Who You Are: Ideal Criteo skills/ experience (Internal): Good understanding of Criteo strategy.
Strong belief that transformation is needed and an understanding of why.
Understanding of the Criteo product/business lines and their various dynamics.
Proven experience within Criteo leading cross-functional or operational projects.
Strategic thinker that sees the big picture beyond operational challenges
