As a System Integration Engineer, your mission will be to contribute to the transformation and continuous evolution of the platforms that support our client's team:
We need someone like you to help our client in different fronts:
Manage a team of IT developers, accommodating each team member's preferences with the areas where workload is higher. Balance between team members' career path and product time-to-market is key.Work on the Technical design so solutions can meet the IT reference architecture.Propose software designs for applications or components applying agreed standards, patterns, and tools.Ability to understand complex architectures with a wide range of technologies which need to communicate with each other.Actively work on software optimization and process efficiency.Disposition to do what it takes to ensure the team accomplishes its goals.Contribute towards technical requirements of all the products/features.Understand the business logic so you can propose enhancements to the end-user areas.50% of the time required to work as a senior developer, with your own deliverables.Collaborate in the design of online integration solutions to apply to the Transaction Monitoring and Screening products based on APIs, microservices, MQ, and Kafka messaging.Manage team members' workload, support new joiners with their expertise, and assist junior team members with their career plans.Collaborate in the project plan creations and follow-ups, assessing if the team honors its commitments and adequately escalating if not.EXPERIENCE
- +7 years of experience in Java with Spring Boot framework software development.
- Sound experience on distributed architectures, both synchronous (API REST) and asynchronous (Kafka, MQ).
- Knowledge of security concepts related to OAuth2, SSL certificates.
- Broad SQL relational database knowledge.
- Broad knowledge around Cloud Computing environments.
- Project Management skills (PM certification appreciated).
- Communication skills: ability to adequately address messages and level of detail to each level in the Organization.
- Conflict resolution: Capacity to create an atmosphere of creative thinking by adequately managing different views to produce consensus solutions.
Nice to have Technology Knowledge:
- Python, ElasticSearch, Web Services (SOAP).
- Exceptional working ethics, critical thinking skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both autonomously and together with a multi-skilled distributed team.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
