About the Role
As our Learning & Development Lead, you'll play a vital role in shaping Ogury's high-performance culture by designing, implementing, and managing impactful learning programs. You'll be a trusted partner to all teams, providing expertise and solutions for everything from mandatory training to employee development initiatives. You will have the opportunity to influence and drive high impact.

Learning is a key component of Ogury's people strategy and an area that has gained exposure and visibility throughout the organization.

What you will be doing Act as a solution-focused Partner for all L&D-related matters, including mandatory training, employee development, and personal development.Management of Ogury's learner management system (SANA LABS) including uploading, updating, and creating course content and data reporting and analytics.Oversee our global language learning programs, from scheduling to budget management.Management of our mandatory training and employee wellbeing platforms, partnering with stakeholders within the business to execute market-relevant training initiatives.Maintain existing L&D processes, policies, systems, and guidance materials.Coordinate, develop, and manage external suppliers.Create and implement marketing initiatives for all learning programs.Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through data analysis and use insights to make continuous improvements.Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of L&D data to measure program effectiveness, identify trends, and inform future initiatives.Utilize data insights to optimize learning experiences, improve learner engagement, and demonstrate the business impact of L&D programs.Partner with the People Business Partner team to coordinate, evolve, and market our development programs.Transpose business needs into effective learning solutions through partnering with internal and external experts and creating learning experiences and materials in line with current industry trends. About you Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education or a related field.At least 3 years of professional experience in administration of training, learning program development, and/or project management.Experience within tech or demonstrable experience within fast-paced, high-growth organizations.Track record in creating, executing, and marketing successful learning programs.Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.A passion for learning theory, techniques, design solutions, and evaluation.Ability to manage external partners.Excellent communicator - able to interact with people of all levels in a confident, professional manner with the ability to build the necessary level of partnership and influence.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular).Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.Fluent in English is a must, proficiency in another language (French, Spanish, Italian, etc.) would be a plus.When reading Ogury's Values and Standards, you feel that you already live and breathe them.
