You will interact with the whole Spanish team on local topics and also be part of an international team with people based in different countries for more specific projects.
Your Tasks Identifying and evaluating suitable suppliers and offers Establishing and expanding relationships with potential and existing service providers and suppliers Preparing and processing order processes Monitoring delivery dates and processing complaints Providing purchasing-related advice to specialist departments Negotiating and concluding framework and contracts with the support of the legal team Working on local purchases as well as on Project mode in a Multi Functional team and international environment Guiding and supporting operations for specifications What we look for Completed commercial training, with a focus on purchasing At least 3 years of professional experience in purchasing Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken Strong and proactive personality with assertiveness and social skills Convincing and confident demeanor towards customers and suppliers Service-oriented, completing tasks reliably and promptly Solution-oriented and independent way of working Another foreign language such as French is desirable Knowledge of ERP system software is desirable Benefits Salary according to experience Food allowance €9/day Transport allowance Flexiplan: discounts for health insurance, pension plan and childcare Airbus Getafe work schedule Our Recruitment Process In the majority of cases, the stages will be: A Recruiter reviews your application.
