Main Responsibilities:Provide technical support through the maintenance, development, and operation of the Support Desk, including managing tickets, creating reports, developing a knowledgebase, and monitoring ticket quality.Act as the Point of Contact (POC) for high, critical, and medium-level tickets.Manage the MS Azure Cloud environment and the associated infrastructure at the System Admin level.Configure all rack-room implementations, such as switches, firewalls, and SD-WAN implementations, in alignment with the Chief Information Officer (CIO).Collaborate with the IS department to manage servers, including those based on Windows and Linux, ESX hosts, ERP servers, SQL servers, Web servers, Domain Controllers, DNS servers, and others.Coordinate with the IS department to manage networks, including DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls, routers, general network troubleshooting, and IP addressing.Maintain License Management and Network assets.Core Skills/Experience:Proficient in both Windows and Mac Operating Systems, with practical experience.Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure Cloud.Understanding of DHCP, DNS, and IP protocols.Capable of managing user accounts for Active Directory, Exchange Mailboxes, and Distribution Lists.Knowledgeable in remote desktop connectivity.Skilled in using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, and Visio).Proficient in Internet browsers such as Explorer, Chrome, and Firefox.Able to provide technical support for LAN and WAN networks, laptops, desktops, and printers.Familiarity with Microsoft SQL.What's on Offer:Competitive salary and benefits.Hybrid work model.Our Recruitment Process:Step 1: Interview with one of our Recruiters to get to know you better.Step 2: Screening Interview with HR.Step 3: Interview with Hiring Manager.Step 4: Interview with IS Manager.
