Main Responsibilities and TasksIdentify the best suppliers, both national and international, based on cost, quality, and delivery time criteria.Request quotes, manage contracts, and place orders for spare parts (electrical and mechanical) as well as plant investments, ensuring order tracking until receipt.Receive purchases, verify delivery notes, and validate invoices according to the Group's validation policy.Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to control the quantity of material and stock value in the warehouse according to the budget (minimum stock in SAP).Contact counterparts in other factories (search for spare parts, optimize purchases, etc.
).Manage and control material sent to suppliers such as blades, rollers, etc.Follow the guidelines set by the Group's Purchasing Manager and attend meetings within the scope of both Group and local levels.Organize the warehouse.Gather necessary supplier information for work and visits to the plant.Maintain all information updated in SAP.Ensure and enforce safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.Job RequirementsHigher degree, University Diploma / Technical Engineering / Industrial Engineering.Knowledge of technical English at a conversational and reading level.
Knowledge of German and other languages is a plus.Office software skills.Knowledge of item management in SAP (entries, exits, stock control).Good knowledge of Excel.Confidence and self-assurance to assume responsibilities.Strong negotiation skills, effective communication.Results-oriented with the ability to plan and meet project deadlines.Analytical and organized.Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.Ability to quickly adapt and function effectively in different environments.#J-18808-Ljbffr
