Please do not contact the recruiter directly.Job DescriptionResponsible for the day-to-day client service of allocated international clients and to provide support for new and existing business for the relevant Business Area.Roles and ActivitiesPre Renewal Global & Individual Fronting ProgrammesLocal Programmes (stand-alone policies/compulsory covers)Core Client DocumentationNew Business Tenders and ExerciseGeneral AdviceBusiness Development: Assist the BU where required in researching and compiling information to support the winning, retaining and development of profitable clients.Client Relationship ManagementUnderstand the clients' business and their risk management needs in order to provide the necessary service to meet their requirements and add additional value.Placement ManagementResponsible for the implementation and delivery of agreed placement strategy on a client-by-client basis including adherence to all relevant processes.Operational and Service DeliveryDeliver the end-to-end ongoing client service, adhering to standardised policies, procedures and service standards for allocated tasks and activity.Team ManagementHelp to develop the skills, competencies and knowledge of the International Programme support team (Mumbai).GeneralSupport management and the wider Company in the management of risks applicable to areas of employment.
Maintain relevant qualifications required for the role.QualificationsPreferably educated to A levels or relevant industry experience.SkillsIntermediate level IT skills (Microsoft Office suite)Comprehensive knowledge of insurance and underwriting in order to deal effectively with client needsStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with new clients and insurers and maintain strong relationships with existing onesAble to deal professionally with internal and external contacts, able to represent BU and the wider Willis Group with a high level of credibilityExcellent client focus with proven experience of delivery of high levels of client serviceAbility to analyse situations and provide recommendations to identify optimum solutionsGood understanding of the processes that support the operating model and strategy for the BU and Willis UK Retail overallExperience of working with and adhering to processes and systems that support client service deliveryIntermediate level of data analysis and presentation skillsEqual Opportunity Employer#LI-DNI#J-18808-Ljbffr
