Description Responsible for the day-to-day client service of allocated international clients and to provide support for new and existing business for the relevant Business Area. Roles and Activities Pre Renewal Global & Individual Fronting Programmes Local Programmes (stand-alone policies/compulsory covers) Core Client Documentation New Business Tenders and Exercise General Advice Business Development:Assist the BU where required in researching and compiling information to support the winning, retaining, and development of profitable clients. Client Relationship Management:Understand the clients' business and their risk management needs in order to provide the necessary service to meet their requirements and add additional value. Placement Management:Responsible for the implementation and delivery of agreed placement strategy on a client-by-client basis including adherence to all relevant processes. Operational and Service Delivery: Deliver the end-to-end ongoing client service, adhering to standardised policies, procedures and service standards for allocated tasks and activity. Team Management: Help to develop the skills, competencies, and knowledge of the International Programme support team (Mumbai). General: Support management and the wider Company in the management of risks applicable to areas of employment. Maintain relevant qualifications required for the role. Qualifications Qualifications: Preferably educated to A level or relevant industry experience. Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of insurance and underwriting in order to deal effectively with client needs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with new clients and insurers and maintain strong relationships with existing ones. Able to deal professionally with internal and external contacts, able to represent BU and the wider Willis Group with a high level of credibility. Excellent client focus with proven experience of delivery of high levels of client service. Ability to analyse situations and provide recommendations to identify optimum solutions. Good understanding of the processes that support the operating model and strategy for the BU and Willis UK Retail overall. Experience of working with and adhering to processes and systems that support client service delivery. Intermediate level of data analysis and presentation skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
