Mission: To lead the strategic and marketing aspects of business development and execution, with a focus on driving growth and competitiveness for Saur International, specifically in Spain. Responsibilities: Reporting dually to the Chief Commercial Officer for SAUR International and Commercial Director for Spain, the Strategy and Marketing Director responsibilities will be: Develop strategic goals for both Saur International and individual country operations. Monitor macroeconomic trends and conduct market analytics and segmentation. Define customer value propositions. Set commercial goals and manage budgeting processes. Prepare materials and conduct regular monthly forecast reviews in collaboration with country teams. Analyze potential investment opportunities and conduct commercial due diligence. Manage product portfolios and develop both online and offline marketing campaigns. Prepare marketing materials for reviews with the Management Board and Shareholders. Assess live tender bids prepared by country teams. Manage and train team members, including direct reports (analyst/intern) and functional reports (country marketing teams). Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Economics. At least, 5 years of experience in consulting, preferably with experience in the water sector (not mandatory). Fluent in English. French or Arabic is a plus. Willingness to travel internationally as required. Key competences and skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans. Experience in market analytics and customer value proposition development. Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and work in a collaborative environment. Experience in mergers and acquisitions, including commercial due diligence.
