As a part of our growing remote team, you will be the go-to expert for resolving technical issues, guiding customers through product-related queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Technical Support: Provide high-quality technical assistance to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat. You will be troubleshooting hardware, software, and product-related issues while offering clear and effective solutions.Problem Solving: Analyze and diagnose customer issues using your knowledge of technical systems and products. Offer step-by-step guidance to resolve problems efficiently and minimize downtime for the client.Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction leaves the customer satisfied. You'll be expected to communicate clearly, patiently, and professionally at all times.Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest developments in our products and services, enabling you to offer accurate advice and guidance to customers.Collaboration with Internal Teams: Escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal teams (such as engineering or product development) when necessary. You'll work closely with these departments to ensure quick and efficient resolutions.Documentation & Reporting: Accurately document all customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions. Your reports will contribute to knowledge sharing and help improve customer service processes.Continuous Learning: As technology evolves, you'll participate in ongoing training to stay current with new products, services, and industry best practices.Who You Are:Fluent in German (C1/C2 level): You must have excellent spoken and written communication skills in German, with the ability to explain complex technical issues clearly and effectively.Located in Spain: You must currently be based in Spain and have the legal right to work there. This is a remote role, but it is essential that you are located within Spain for this position.Technical Expertise: A solid background in technical support is required. You should have experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues, particularly with software, hardware, or electronic products.Customer Support Experience: Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a must. You'll need to have the ability to manage customer expectations and handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
