What We Offer:Competitive salary: 1,760 euros (14 annual payments, including bonuses).Performance bonuses: Up to 1,232 euros per quarter, based on KPIs.Monthly meal voucher: 50 euros for food or groceries.Private health and life insurance.25 days of annual leave to maintain a healthy work-life balance.Permanent full-time contract.Hybrid model: Work 2 days in the office and 3 remotely.Work laptop provided.What You'll Do:Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the DACH region.Conduct B2B sales, including cold outreach and upselling.Exceed KPIs by providing tailored solutions that meet client needs.Collaborate with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term success.What We're Looking For:German fluency (C1/C2) and English proficiency (B2).At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in client-facing roles.EU citizenship or valid residence permit for Greece.Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset.Work Schedule:Monday to Friday, rotating shifts: 9:00-17:00, 10:00-18:00, or 11:00-19:00.
