As a German Speaking Sales Representative, you will be a key part of our energetic sales team, helping us connect with customers and expand our market reach.
This role is ideal for individuals with some sales experience or those eager to start their career in sales.
Our hybrid work model offers the best of both worlds – spend two days a week at our modern office in Barcelona and the remaining three days working from the comfort of your home!
Your Responsibilities: Client Outreach: Proactively engage with potential clients, building strong relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Sales Presentations: Confidently present and promote our products and services to prospective customers, emphasizing their unique features and benefits to generate interest and drive sales.
Lead Management & Negotiation: Efficiently manage your sales pipeline, diligently follow up on leads, and negotiate contracts to successfully close deals.
Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities, identifying new sales opportunities and providing strategic insights to the team.
Customer Support: Deliver exceptional post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction, promptly addressing any issues and fostering long-term relationships.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies, share valuable insights, and contribute to a cohesive team environment.
What We're Looking For: Fluent in German: Native or near-native proficiency in German is essential.
Proficient in English: B2 level English proficiency for effective communication with international colleagues and customers.
Sales Enthusiasm: A strong passion for sales and a drive to achieve and exceed targets and goals.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage and persuade customers.
Adaptable & Quick Learner: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly learn about our products and services to provide informed and effective sales pitches.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus but not required.
