About the RoleIn this position, you'll collaborate with an assigned portfolio of new and existing clients, helping them develop their first online advertising campaigns and making a significant impact on their business. Operating in a KPI-driven environment, you'll work towards individual targets while contributing to the collective goals of the marketing team.
Key Responsibilities: Act as a trusted advisor, partnering with clients to launch and develop their PPC campaigns.Identify and understand client needs and goals.Support and optimize existing campaigns while promoting the expansion of client marketing budgets (upselling).Maintain regular contact with clients through daily calls.What We OfferFull-Time Position: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday.Attractive Salary: €24,310 gross/year (base salary) + up to €4,290 gross/year in bonuses.Long-Term Contract: Stability in your career.Training Program: A comprehensive 3-week onboarding program, including product and sales training.Relocation Package:Flight ticket.Accommodation: A comfortable private room for the first month in Barcelona, with access to a gym, swimming pool, and cafeteria, OR €600 financial support.Private health insurance support.Your ProfileBachelor's degree or equivalent (an MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus).1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising.Strong ambition to meet or exceed defined KPIs, including productivity, task points, compliance, and client satisfaction.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective persuasion and proposal writing.Excellent time and task management.Native-level German proficiency and strong English skills.Note: Applicants must have an EU passport or a valid work permit to qualify.
