Role Purpose:
As a German-speaking Junior Campaign Specialist, you'll collaborate with new clients to launch their initial online advertising campaigns, making a significant impact on their business outcomes. This role is target-driven within a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to onboard and optimize PPC campaigns
Identify and address client needs and objectives effectively
Drive campaign spend growth, upsells, and sustainability
Manage a high volume of client interactions via phone
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree (Master's in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications a plus)
Minimum 1-2 years of sales or online advertising experience
Proven track record in meeting productivity, readiness, and customer satisfaction targets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at phone pitching and proposal writing
Strong time management and organizational abilities
Analytical mindset with a client-focused approach
Team player comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments
Fluent in Danish (C2 level) and proficient in English
