**End User Business Development - 360-degree sales work and customer portfolio optimization**
- You will be responsible for a section of our German customers and will primarily work with B2B end users and resellers.
- Working in a supportive structure you will:

- Develop and maintain a good relationship with end users, and respond to inquiries from new potential ones
- Develop relationships with local reseller to increase end user sales
- Respond to, and resolve, incoming customer or partner calls in a timely manner
- Find new customers and sales opportunities in the portfolio through a consultative approach
- Contribute to an environment in the office where we share information intensively and work every day to achieve sales quotas and sales targets by being proactive
- Improve commercial and technical service proposals by continuously providing feedback to the business.
- Understand the end user market and competition through our tools and through reviews with clients

**What we are looking for**
- With your "can-do" attitude combined with a curiosity about the world around you, you always succeed in getting to know the customers and their needs. Service is part of your person; your customers always feel looked after - even though your primary purpose is to sell.
- We think that you:

- Have good sales experience, preferably two years - either B2B or channel sales
- Have an interest in IT or have worked with IT products in the past
- Want to add value to a team - both professionally and personally
- Thrive in an international environment, outside Germany
- Speaks and writes fluently in English and German - Spanish is not a requirement.
