As a German Speaking Freelance Recruiter, you will have the flexibility to work remotely while collaborating with our international team.
Your main responsibility will be to find and recruit exceptional talent for our clients within the Consumer Services industry.
Leveraging your language skills and recruitment expertise, you will engage with German-speaking candidates and guide them through the hiring process.
Responsibilities Proactively source and identify potential candidates using various channels like social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks Screen and interview candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for specific job openings Conduct reference checks and verify background information of candidates Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation and negotiation of offers Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates for a positive candidate experience Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations to clients and candidates Requirements Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the Consumer Services industry Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to work independently and remotely Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting targets and deadlines Benefits Training & Development Competitive monthly salary Performance Bonus
