We offer a great work environment, modern offices, a dynamic and young approach, with true career opportunities.Responsibilities Take incoming user requests B2C (via telephone/email), log call details onto case management systems, and provide response and resolution within SLA to customer.Solve requests/incidents that require a higher level of technical knowledge.Support technical enquiries and manage incidents of the client's product, car electrical chargers.Progress/close service requests to a satisfactory conclusion on call management system.Proactively update customers with status and resolution progress.Monitor/progress all open queries in queue.Escalate potential service issues to appropriate level.Ensure contractual SLA is maintained.Respond to any reasonable task posed by the assigned manager.Achieve an excellent customer satisfaction level.Requirements Have a proficient or bilingual level of German and advanced level of English.Possess excellent customer care skills, knowledge, and awareness.Have adequate professional experience.Are able to implement and manage changes in processes.Have good communication and team skills, flexibility, and stress resistance.Follow the security rules of the company.Offer The offer includes:Full time 39 hours/week permanent contract: Monday to Sunday, rotative dayshifts.Initial training (first 4 weeks): Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00.Salary 19,000 € + up to 1,900 € Bonus.Central location in Barcelona.Bring-a-friend (referral) bonus opportunities.Career development programs, specialized courses, and language classes.If you feel you don't check every box, we encourage you to apply anyway.
