German speaking Customer Support Advisor - WFH Schedule: Full Time (39 hours/week), Monday to Sunday (2 days off per week, and 2 weekends off per month). Hours from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Role
As a key member of an international service team, you will interact with high-level clients of one of Europe's leading digital banks, providing savings advice and introducing innovative banking products with high returns. You will communicate with bank customers through various channels, including calls, emails, WhatsApp, and chat platforms. Your role will involve providing top-notch customer service and informing clients about innovative digital banking products in the German market. You will handle a wide range of banking-related queries, including account openings, password resets, transfers, and more, ensuring that customers receive exceptional support. Besides this, you will promote and introduce a diverse range of banking products to our valued customers.

Requirements
To be successful in this role you need:
Native level of German and fluent English
Previous customer facing experience (B2B or B2C) desired
Excellent listening and communication skills, written and verbal
Strong attention to detail
