German Speaking Customer Services/Sales Administrator

We are Puckator, a leading giftware designer and supplier to the retail trade. Established for over 25 years, we have become known for our highly creative and original giftware and homeware products. We have offices and showrooms in the UK, Sheffield and Cornwall, as well as Spain and Italy, plus 2 warehouses, one in the UK and one in Poland to service our large, expanding European customer base.

To strengthen our European business, we are looking for a dynamic, motivated German-speaking Customer Service/Sales Administrator to join our DACH Department. This position is a fantastic opportunity offering variety and potential to the right candidate.

Responsibilities include:

Looking after established key accounts, building relationships, growing sales, and coordinating administration for quotes and orders. Attending 2 German trade fairs annually, involving a minimum of 10 days in Germany around February, working long days and weekends. Managing orders and queries, including quotes for deliveries and bespoke product potential. Undertaking marketing activities, such as keeping the website up to date, translating SEO and newsletter content, and reporting and analyzing sales. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
