Position Overview: We are searching for a motivated German-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in the sports sector.
This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within Bulgaria, or you can choose a hybrid model that allows a mix of home and office-based work.
Alternatively, there is also the opportunity for relocation to Sofia if you prefer working in an office environment.
In this role, you will be assisting our German-speaking customers with inquiries about our sports-related products and services.
While previous experience in customer service or the sports industry is a plus, it is not essential.

Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Provide exceptional service across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
Assist customers with product details, order inquiries, shipping, returns, and other aspects of our sports products and services. Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience and customer satisfaction. Product Expertise: Offer detailed information about our sports products, helping customers understand features, availability, and promotions.
Provide tailored advice to help them make informed purchasing decisions. Order Management: Assist customers with tracking orders, making modifications, cancellations, and addressing any payment-related questions.
Ensure all order-related matters are processed smoothly. Feedback Collection: Actively gather customer feedback on their experiences and suggest improvements based on their insights, contributing to enhancing our products and services. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring that all issues and follow-ups are clearly documented. Cross-Department Cooperation: Work closely with various teams such as logistics, marketing, and sales to address customer inquiries and ensure a seamless experience. Continuous Learning: Stay informed about new product developments, industry trends, and company updates.
Engage in regular training to continually enhance your customer service skills. Required Skills & Qualifications: Language Skills: Proficient in German at a B2 level (both written and spoken) and in English at a B2 level (both written and spoken).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers professionally and clearly. Experience: Previous experience in customer service is beneficial but not required.
A passion for or background in the sports industry is an advantage, but not a must. Technical Skills: Familiarity with customer service software and CRM platforms is a plus, though not required.
Quick to learn new systems and technologies. Problem-Solving Ability: Strong problem-solving skills to efficiently address and resolve customer issues.
Ability to handle complex situations in a calm and professional manner. Self-Driven: Comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
Strong organizational and time management abilities. Team Player: Collaborative and supportive of team goals and efforts.
