We are a dynamic and fast-growing digital banking company, looking for customer-focused individuals to join our team. As a Remote German-Speaking Customer Support Specialist , you will assist our German-speaking customers, providing exceptional service and introducing them to our innovative digital banking products. This role is fully remote, but you must be residing in Spain.

Role Summary:
In this position, you will handle customer inquiries through multiple communication channels including phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat. You will assist clients with various banking tasks, such as resolving account issues, resetting passwords, processing transactions, and promoting relevant products. No previous experience is required, as we will provide all the necessary training. We are seeking candidates with excellent communication skills, a strong customer-centric approach, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Provide excellent support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat platforms.
Assist customers with tasks like opening accounts, troubleshooting login issues, and managing transactions.
Help customers navigate the digital banking platform and provide solutions to their queries in a timely manner.
Ensure that all interactions with customers are handled professionally and accurately.

Product Support: Offer information and guidance on our digital banking products and services tailored for the German market.
Clearly explain the benefits, features, and risks associated with different banking and investment products.
Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs, while adhering to regulations.

Administrative Tasks: Manage back-office duties such as responding to emails, WhatsApp messages, and chat inquiries.
Assist with updating customer accounts, document processing, and other administrative tasks.
Ensure all customer interactions are properly documented in the company's internal system.

Compliance & Regulations: Adhere to all banking regulations, ensuring transparency and protecting customers' rights.
Ensure all communication complies with internal ethical standards and external regulations.
Stay up to date with any changes to digital banking regulations affecting the German market.

Quality & Performance: Consistently meet or exceed the company's quality and performance standards.
Achieve sales and service goals while maintaining a customer-first approach when recommending products.
Report and follow up on any issues related to the digital banking platform to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Language Skills: Native or fluent in German (C1 level or above), with strong proficiency in English . Spanish is optional but beneficial.
Location: Candidates must be based in Spain and have reliable internet access.
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Further qualifications in customer service or finance are a plus but not essential.
Customer-Oriented: Strong communication skills and the ability to resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with digital platforms and quick to learn new systems.
Problem-Solving: Capable of effectively handling customer inquiries and thinking critically to resolve issues.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy when dealing with sensitive customer data.
Willingness to Learn: Eager to undergo training and gain expertise in digital banking.
Experience: Prior experience in customer service or banking is welcome but not required.
