The Company:We are very excited to announce an exciting new role for our client in MADRID, Spain. If you are fluent in GERMAN with an interest in the financial industry then we are looking for you! This position will be for our client – a global outsourcing partner - and is based in their offices in Madrid.
The Role:As a Customer Service Advisor for an online banking project you will be the first point of contact for clients from the DACH region. Your client interaction is done via phone, email, WhatsApp and online chat and you are tasked to resolve customer problems and complaints. Besides this you will verify customer accounts and will keep records of customers interactions and transactions.
