We are excited to announce a new role for our client in Madrid, Spain. If you are fluent in German with an interest in the financial industry, we are looking for you! This position is for our client – a global outsourcing partner - and is based in their offices in Madrid.

The Role:
As a Customer Service Advisor for an online banking project, you will be the first point of contact for clients from the DACH region.

Your client interaction is done via phone, email, WhatsApp, and online chat, and you are tasked to resolve customer problems and complaints. Besides this, you will verify customer accounts and keep records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

On Offer:
38.5 hours/week, Monday to Sunday (2 days off per week, and 2 weekends off per month).
