Position Summary : As a Business Development Representative, your main responsibility will be to identify and generate new business opportunities by reaching out to potential German-speaking clients and presenting our technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities : Lead Generation & Outreach : Engage with potential clients in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) through cold calls, emails, and digital channels.
Identify key decision-makers, qualify leads, and create new business opportunities.
Consultative Sales Approach : Take a consultative approach to understand the needs of potential clients and offer technology solutions that meet those needs.
Provide initial insights and assessments to show how our products can help them achieve their goals.
Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at potential client companies, including C-level executives.

CRM Usage : Accurately track all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Provide regular updates on sales performance, lead conversion, and progress toward goals.
Client Feedback & Process Enhancement : Collect feedback from clients and prospects about their experience with the sales process.
Collaborate with the team to improve lead qualification and client engagement strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications : Language Skills : Fluent in German (C2 level) and English (C1/C2 level) for professional communication with German-speaking clients.
Sales Experience : At least 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation, particularly within the tech or SaaS industries.
Experience working with the DACH region is a plus.
Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
