Position Overview:
We're in search of a German-Speaking Account Manager to join us in Barcelona. In this role, you'll be tasked with overseeing a territory of at least 90 independent retailers, ensuring they receive regular quality interactions that drive stock optimization, sales growth, and foster stronger business relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Manage a designated territory of at least 90 independent retailers.Conduct weekly quality phone calls to store owners, focusing on advancing their stock holdings, promoting appropriate new releases, offering insights on improving product sales, and nurturing positive business relationships.Utilize your fluency in German to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs and concerns.Collaborate with internal teams to stay informed about new product releases, sales promotions, and market trends, ensuring effective communication of relevant information to retailers.Analyze sales performance metrics for assigned retailers, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.Strive to enhance customer experience and satisfaction through proactive engagement and personalized support.Requirements:
Fluent in German (native or C1/C2 level) and proficient in English.
Prior experience in account management, sales, or customer service is beneficial but not mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships.
Proactive approach with a focus on achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work on-site in Barcelona and manage a designated territory of independent retailers.
