We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of German SME clients.
You will play a pivotal role in managing and growing client relationships, focusing on portfolio expansion and long-term retention.

Key Responsibilities: Full management of a portfolio of German SME clients, with a focus on growth and retention strategies.
Identify client needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Proactively manage a pipeline of opportunities to meet and exceed growth targets.
Seek out new business opportunities through self-generated leads, client referrals, and sister companies.
Ensure premium value delivery aligned with client goals, fostering strong client relationships and customer advocacy.
Monitor client opportunities, risks, and threats to maintain and grow long-term relationships.
Operate effectively in a fast-moving and evolving environment, adapting to changing client needs.
Requirements: Native-level German and fluency in English (both written and spoken).
Proven experience working in or for the German market.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
A creative thinker with a challenger mindset , capable of identifying new business opportunities.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and sales processes simultaneously.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members.
Exceptional communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to confidently engage with senior executives and influence decision-makers.
Quick learner with the ability to understand client needs, driving results and uncovering new business opportunities.
Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage.
Strong negotiation skills and a consultative approach to sales.
Ability to inspire innovation and drive change within the organization.
