German Seo Growth Hacker

Our client is an HR Software startup founded four years ago with the mission of helping small and medium companies automate HR workflows, centralize people data, and make better business decisions. Currently, it serves thousands of customers in over 60 countries and has closed over 18M€ in funding with top international venture capital firms (CRV, Creandum, Point Nine Capital among others). It has built a super talented team of over 100 people in its headquarters in Barcelona.
The marketing team is currently divided into geographical areas, with Spain being the one with the highest contribution to recurring revenue.
RequirementsWe are looking for a SEO growth hacker for Germany. Someone who is either a German native or has lived several years in Germany with relevant working experience growing a business from scratch with few resources. This person will report directly to the Growth Manager and will interact with different teams across the organization such as Sales, Marketing, and Product.
