Responsibilities Own assigned SEO tasks from inception to reporting. Manage, train, and support team members as needed. Optimize SEO for assigned regions to drive organic growth. Direct on-site audits and implementations (e.g. content briefs, CWV, structured data, etc.) to ensure best practices. Stay updated on industry trends and share insights with the teamto ensure the company is at the forefront of SEO innovation. Liaise with and report to senior stakeholders on ROI and KPI progress. Develop content strategies to maximize SEO growth. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance understanding of SEO. Help internal teams to better understand search engines and help them drive organic growth. Working closely with a variety of internal/external teams as well as regional offices to identify commercial SEO growth areas and to ensure SEO is prioritised. Define regional strategy with the Head of SEO for outstanding ROI. Conduct backlink audits and manage white-hat link-building campaigns. Knowledge and Experience German – full proficiency or native. English – business level (both languages are mandatory and knowledge will be validated during the interview process). 5+ years of SEO experience, including content and technical improvements. International SEO experience across global domains and multiple languages that receive traffic from multiple search engines. Knowledge of SEO verticals and rich results (news, video, GMB, etc.). Proficient with industry tools: GA, Semrush, Majestic, Screaming Frog, etc. Advanced technical SEO knowledge and white-hat link-building experience. Strong understanding of search engine ranking signals and content impact on SEO. Familiarity with CFD trading or investing (advantageous). Experience in a regulated financial company (advantageous). Qualification and Skills ROI-oriented task prioritization. Strong statistical reporting and web analytics understanding.
