German speaking Sales & Marketing Consultant Cross Border Talents is looking for a German speaking Sales & Marketing Consultant for a global leading provider with relocation to Barcelona. The role focuses on engaging high-potential advertisers and persuading them to integrate a variety of marketing products into their existing strategies.
What You Will Do: Outbound Sales Calls: Actively reach out to potential customers to promote and sell services.Customer Database Management: Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.Customer Relationship Building: Strengthen relationships with existing clients while acquiring new ones.Sales Documentation: Record customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.Follow-up and Response Management: Ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries and resolve any issues.Competitor Monitoring: Analyze competitor products and services to develop competitive selling strategies.Customer Needs Handling: Address customer needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction. What We Are Looking For: Language Skills: C2 in German and at least B2 in English.Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales is essential.CRM Knowledge: Comfortable working with Customer Relationship Management systems.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities in a business context.Goal-Oriented: Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and achieving goals.Independent yet Team-Player: Ability to work independently but collaborate effectively with team members.Proactive and Motivated: A confident, competitive, and proactive mindset with a focus on achieving targets.Customer Focused: Ability to provide exceptional customer service and deliver value.
