Therefore, you will need to give advise and have some negotiation skills - but not aggressive sales, but it is important that you possess some sales oriented qualities. Your daily work will include tasks like these: Ability to understand customers' needs and goals Handle a large volume of potential customers via outbound phone calls Keep database of customers with complete information updated Maintain relationships with existing customer base while building new customer base Record outbound call history and customers' responses in detail Ensure customer follow-up all the time Monitor competitors' products or services and create selling strategies for their own products or services Your qualifications You speak German at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2). Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in sales and/or online advertising, sales experience (not mandatory), and outbound calls. BA/BS degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communication is a plus. Experience with CRM You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills. Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information. You have experience in and a passion for online display advertising.
